These terms outline our warranty & refund policies. They form part of the general terms and conditions for using and/or transacting with us and/or our website. 

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality thermal imaging products and excellent customer service. To ensure a transparent and fair return process, we have established the following Return and Warranty Policy:

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 3-business day return window for products purchased from Cape Thermal. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 3 business days of receipt

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Specially imported, manufactured, or configured items

  • Adapters, batteries, and mounting accessories (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Software and media products (due to licensing restrictions)

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at support@capethermal.com within 1 business day of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order information and a detailed description of the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions and any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may be applied to all returns. The exact fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and the reason for the return.

Warranty:

We offer a minimum 12-month warranty on all products, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Claims:

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@capethermal.com. We will assess the issue and, if covered by the warranty, facilitate the repair or replacement of your product.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within the 3-business day return window. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, unless the item is defective upon arrival or the return is due to an error on our part.

Case-by-Case Resolution:

We are committed to providing fair and reasonable solutions for our customers. If you have any concerns or questions regarding our return or warranty policy, please contact your original sales representative or our support team. We will do our best to address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Disclaimer:

Cape Thermal is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process. We also disclaim any liability for consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
