Shipping Timelines:

Standard Shipping: We ship all orders via overnight courier within 1-2 business days of processing. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Backorders: Items on backorder may take 2–8 weeks to arrive in South Africa due to international shipping and customs uncertainties. We will provide regular updates on the status of your backorder, with a minimum of one update every two weeks.
Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping and insurance on all orders over R1000.00 excluding VAT within South Africa.

Orders Under R1000.00: A shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and will be displayed during checkout.

Returns and Warranty Claims: Shipping costs for non-defective returns and warranty claims where the warranty has expired are the responsibility of the customer. Cape Thermal will cover return shipping costs for items deemed defective upon arrival or covered under warranty.
