Shipping destinations:

• We ship anywhere in South Africa
• We ship internationally to Wassenaar Arrangement countries on a case-by-case basis.

For the purposes of this section - South African shipping has only been covered. For international orders -  us.

Shipping times:

• Due to the nature of the equipment sold by Cape Thermal—many items are specially ordered and manufactured. Some equipment may have extended lead times. Please contact us to confirm stock availability and lead times prior to placing your order.
• Once an order has been dispatched—It will take up to 5 business days to be delivered to you.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Shipping cost to be calculated at checkout. Shipping insurance is optional but recommended.

International requests are entertained directly and on a case-by-case basis. In order to qualify for an international transaction, Cape Thermal requires that you reside in a country belonging to the Wassenaar arrangement.

Additionally, international taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

For online store purchases - Cape Thermal outsources all payments to Payfast. Payfast are paid a fee per transaction to ensure that your personal information is handled securely.

• Instant EFT
• Zapper
• Mobicred (Finance Facility)
